Johnson only played one game for the Falcons -- in this jersey -- at home on November 4, 2011 against the Adirondack Phantoms. Took a holding and high sticking penalty in the game.
Signed on the front by the entire team -- comically signed by Brett Lebda who also wore #21 later in the season (one week later). I suspect this signed jersey was a raffle prize at some point during the 2011-2012 season.
In the process of washing all of the autographs out.

Acquired in the Brian Leetch trade, Kondratiev (and Fedor Tyutin) started the 2004-05 season with the Wolf Pack during the NHL lockout season. Each played 13 games before heading home to Russia.
Tyutin returned the following year and flourished. Kondratiev mustered 29 games with the Rangers that following season but returned to Russia for the remainder of his career.
Decent sleeve wear.
